Basic Policy

Based on the SANYO Electric Group’s corporate vision, “Think GAIA”, and as a “leading provider of Environment and Energy-related products”, Saga SANYO is aiming to become an indispensable element in the lives of people all over the world to realize a global environment protection and prosperous and secure society.

Action Plan

To put into practice the basic policy, we are undertaking the following measures in our all activities.

We recognize that environmental safeguards are the most important problem in our business management and we will promote prevention of environmental pollution and continuous progress of environmental management system.

In addition to observance of environment-related laws, requirements of customers and SANYO Electric group, we will establish self-standard if necessary and endeavor to reduce environmental risk.

In order to contribute to the formation of a sustainable society, in our business activities, products, and services, we endeavor to reduce environmental load; energy conservation, resource conservation, the prevention of global warming, effective use of resources, reduction of waste and the management of environmental hazardous substances.

In order to practice these actions, we will set environmental objectives and targets. This plan will be periodically reviewed and we will endeavor to continually improve our environmental performance.

We will engage in environmental education and enlightenment activities to improve the environmental consciousness of all members of Saga SANYO including employees and workers consigned by Saga SANYO.

Aiming to build good communication with every stakeholder including customers, business partners and local communities, we will endeavor to actively disclose information in various opportunities.
